Thank you for visiting this collection. I have designed every piece and it means a lot to me that you enjoy my product.

At the age of 17 I started an 8 year journey working at both Emporio & Collezioni Giorgio Armani whilst gaining my qualifications at college and university.

I began Richard Smith Bespoke in 2010 in Manchester at the age of 25. Focusing purely on made to measure and bespoke garments. Although immensely challenging it was fulfilling to be immersed in a growing business enjoyed by so many people.

After 9 years of continued success I had outgrown my premises in Manchester and in 2019 decided to embark on the next venture with a 3 storey boutique in Hale (a leafy suburb of Manchester!).

It was here I launched my first ready to wear collection.

Non of us can forget 2020! The “C” word arrived on our shores and the fight began for everyone during the pandemic.

Luckily I had built a loyal and regular client base during the previous 10 years so we managed to achieve sales despite the government requesting the closure of non essential retail (rightly so!).

I am extremely excited to what the future has in store. I am constantly striving to create and find the most luxurious fabrics and products Europe (mainly Italy!) has to offer.
